All information submitted to High Street Soap is kept private
and confidential. We hate spam as much as the next person and
will never share or sell information. Credit card information
is collected using Paypal, a completely safe and secure service.
Payments:
We accept all major credit cards and direct debit payments
on our website through PayPal, a secure and well known provider.
Out of Stock/Backordered Items:
We try our hardest to keep the site updated to reflect current
inventory. However, should an item be out of stock and not indicated
on the site, we will notify you and give you a chance to replace
this item with one of similar value and type.
If no reply is received we will remove the item from your order
and ship what is currently in stock.
Sorry but we cannot accept backorders. We can hold your order until
the product is in stock and it will ship complete - prior notification
must be received! We will not automatically hold orders. Please
email and let us know.
Order Processing:
Your order will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days after
receipt. Usually it's quicker than that, but we like to say 4-5
business days to cover our hineys :)
Shipping:
We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with
delivery confirmation. This service provides quick, efficient and
inexpensive shipment of your order. We gladly send an email letting
you know when your package was shipped.
International Orders:
At this time, High Street Soap is not accepting international
orders.
Returns/Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns due
to dissatisfaction.
Should an item arrive in error or damaged we will do our best to
replace or offer store credit. No returned package will be accepted
without authorization from High Street Soap.
