During the colder weather we're a guest vendor at The Palisades Indoor Farmer's Market - the first indoor winter market in Rockland County!
The Palisades Indoor Farmer's Market, run by the super sweet Carol (who will always greet you with a smile and a hug), is held in a 1800s schoolhouse in Palisades, NY. It reminds you of a time when people shopped as a community with family and friends and they most likely knew the people who grew their food.
This cozy market not only features some of the best local produce and meats, but there's also prepared foods like hummus, pesto, and fresh breads. There's always coffee and tea with tables and chairs set up for you to enjoy the atmosphere. Check out their vendor list, which is updated weekly, to see what fresh, local goodies you can bring home with you.
Here's some pictures from the day and see you April 18th when we're back at the little schoolhouse!!

Faced with foreclosure, Angela Logan set a goal to bake 100 cakes in 10 days to save her home. With the support of her community she was able to save her home and start Mortgage Apple Cakes!
Her story was made into a movie and we were super lucky to be right next to her at the market! Feeling a bit star struck Angela was great to speak with about her business experiences - Thanks, Angela! Oh yeah, the CAKES are delicious...I almost ate an entire 6-pack of mini cupcakes ;)
Olive oil, local honey, and a bit of apple cider vinegar to tone the skin! Our Simply Natural body lotion is as natural as a lotion can get without ANY added junk!
