There's nothing quite like an event hosted by the fabulous duo of James and Angela Alba from the B Hive Organic Salon in Hillsdale, NJ. Last week was their annual Holiday Boutique and Market. This premier salon hosts one of the best holiday bazaar's around. We enjoyed the yummy signature cocktails, light snacks, and holiday shopping from some of the best local makers around.
It was great catching up with friends, seeing some familiar faces and meeting new people. I nearly sold out of my holiday exclusive boutique bars so there's going to be a lot of smell good people this holiday ;) Here are some pictures from the evening. If you didn't make it this year - hope to see you there next season!
Check out these makers! Melissa from The Lucky Honeybee Candles and Apothecary, Debra from Calmer Sutra Tea, and yours truly. The fine ladies behind soy candles, a great cuppa tea and fab soap - sounds like a recipe for one kick ass relaxing bath to me!
I was a ribbon tying bandit that night. A hurricane of silky ribbons, scissors, and adorable fabric bags. These gifts are made from my locally crafted soap and essential oil lip balm. They make great stocking stuffers and teacher's gifts. I can make some for you, too - contact me here and let's get your gifts done!
I walk in this salon and instantly I slow down a bit - it's just feels like "ahhhhhhhhhhhh"
Setting up the all the smell good goodies! I was close to the food...this was a plus because the noshes from Kale + Co were yummeh!
The Activist Elves silently protesting during the evening...these made me laugh.
Look what I found! A bottle of Catskill Provisions New York Honey. It smelled and tasted fantastic, must be all that local honey.
